How to Cancel FapHouse: Steps and Billers

Checked on

FapHouse cancels on the site itself. The terms say you can cancel "at any time by clicking on the 'Cancel My Subscription' or similarly worded button" on the subscription page for the plan you hold. The catch is that FapHouse sells several separate subscriptions, and cancelling one does not touch the others. If the button will not do it, the site publishes three billing companies that can stop the charge directly.

Cancel each subscription separately

The terms treat these as distinct services that "does not include each other", each with its own page and its own cancel button:

  • Membership Subscription. Runs monthly and renews for one calendar month at a time.
  • VR Subscription. Also monthly, and it only opens content marked VR. Holding it does not give you the Membership content, and holding a Membership does not give you VR.
  • Fan Club Subscription. Sold in 30-day, 90-day and 365-day terms, renewing for the same period as the one you bought. You may hold an unlimited number of these at once, so check the list rather than assuming there is one. The terms also allow for a one-time lifetime payment option for this service.

Cancel every one you hold. A Fan Club left running is the usual reason a charge appears after someone believes they cancelled.

The billers FapHouse publishes

The site's billing support page names three companies and their contact details. Use the one that matches the descriptor on your statement or the receipt you were emailed.

FapHouse also runs a contact form at faphouse.com/support/contact, whose subject list includes "Cancel subscription" and "Billing issues". That form is the route the terms point to for questions about site policies.

What appears on your statement

FapHouse does not publish an exact card statement string, and none is invented here. What it does publish is the list of billers above, so an unfamiliar charge will normally carry one of their names rather than the site's. The join page advertises "Discreet and secure billing", which is the same idea from the marketing side: the descriptor is chosen not to name the site. Your receipt email is the authoritative version, and it tells you which of the three companies to approach.

What cancelling does and does not do

  • You keep access to the end of the period you paid for. The terms state that "In case of cancellation, you will still be entitled to use the Membership Subscription Service until the end of the calendar month for which the Membership Subscription Service will be already paid for", with matching wording for VR and Fan Club.
  • You are not refunded for the rest of the term. "No refunds will be given following the cancellation of a Membership Subscription Service unless you are entitled to a refund as defined herein."
  • The 14-day withdrawal right does not survive use. The terms grant a 14-day right of withdrawal for online digital content, then remove it: "once Users have started downloading or watching even a single piece of the content, Users may no longer withdraw from the purchase". Some payment methods carry no refund option at all.
  • Discretionary refunds exist but are not a policy. The terms allow a refund "at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis", paid only back to the original payment method.

That makes the timing simple. Cancel as soon as you decide rather than waiting for the renewal date, because you lose nothing by cancelling early and you keep the service until the paid period ends.

What you may be paying for

The join page on 2026-09-06 carried a sale banner reading "LABOR DAY SALE 50% OFF" and listed a 2-day trial with limited access at $0.99, a 1-month plan at $11.99 per month, 3 months at $9.99 per month, 12 months at $8.49 per month and a lifetime option at $299.99 once. It splits membership into a Premium tier described as "HD & 5 downloads/m" and an Ultra tier described as "Early access, 4K & 500 downloads/m". Which tier each price applies to is not distinguishable from the page as read, and the renewal terms for the trial are not printed on it, so check your own checkout screen. The terms are clear on the general rule: subscriptions are "subject to automatic renewal" until you cancel.

How to confirm the cancellation worked

Keep proof in two places. Save the confirmation the site or the biller gives you, and check the subscription page again to see that nothing is set to renew. Then set a reminder for the original renewal date, because a cancellation that stuck looks like nothing happening: no charge, no receipt.

If a charge lands anyway, contact the biller from the table above with your confirmation attached, since that is the party that can stop or reverse a recurring charge, and only then raise it with your card issuer.

If you do not want to pay

If you would rather not hold a subscription at all, our /site/faphouse page covers the brand, though shared logins there are short-lived.
