DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

We do not host or create any content ourselves — accounts and credentials are sourced from public platforms and user submissions.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any material accessible on NaughtyPass infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to our support email including all the information below:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
3. The URL or location of the material in question on our website
4. Your full contact information (email, address, phone)
5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material and its previous location
3. A statement that you believe in good faith the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
4. Your contact info, and consent to the jurisdiction of courts in your area, and agreement to accept legal service from the complainant

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files legal action.

Repeat Infringers

NaughtyPass may suspend or terminate users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyrights.
