How to Cancel a Brazzers Subscription

The fastest route is the support portal: open support.brazzers.com, go to the CANCEL panel headed "MANAGE MEMBERSHIPS AND ADD-ONS" and select LOGIN, which opens cancel.brazzers.com. The subscriber terms list three further routes, and the biller can stop a recurring charge from its own side. Cancel before your renewal date, because the terms renew the subscription automatically until notice is received, and partly used memberships are not refunded.

The four routes the terms publish

The terms state that "Either Aylo Billing, the Controller, or the Subscriber may terminate the subscription at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to the other party via chat, telephone, or online", then list these methods:

1. Visit support.brazzers.com, navigate to the Cancel section, and select "Login". That link goes to cancel.brazzers.com.
2. Log in to the Members' Area and select "Support" in the footer.
3. Contact the support team using the contact options at support.brazzers.com. The portal shows live chat and an email form, both staffed 10:00AM to 6:00PM EST.
4. Use "the cancellation links provided within their transaction receipts", meaning the emails sent when you paid.

Cancel the add-ons too

The panel is labelled "MANAGE MEMBERSHIPS AND ADD-ONS" for a reason. Probiller's own FAQ answers the question of why a cancelled account is still billed like this: "It is possible that additional membership packages may have been selected upon signup that you have not yet cancelled." If you took an add-on during signup, or joined Brazzers VR at brazzersvr.com, each one is its own subscription and each one has to be cancelled.

The biller's own route

Probiller, the company named as the processor on the Brazzers support portal, publishes a direct route. Its site says: "We can stop recurring memberships directly, just call, chat or email our customer care agents who are ready to help Mon-Fri, 10AM - 6PM EST." Its contact page lists +1-855-232-9550 for the United States and Canada and an email address for billing support. If a portal login will not work, the biller can end the recurring charge.

Probiller is not the only possible biller on your account, so check your receipt first.

What appears on your statement

The site name is not what shows up. The billing help center states: "We ensure discreet billing for our customers. This means that the description on your statement will not directly match the product name you signed up with. Instead, you will see the name of our billing processing company on your statement." It adds that the welcome email sent at enrollment names that company, and to check your spam folder if you cannot find it.

The terms name the possible companies as "Probiller, AyloBill, Vendo, Segpay, WTS, or others (depending on Subscriber geographical location)". Probiller's own FAQ describes its descriptor plainly: charges with "Probiller.com" in the description on your statement come from a subscription to an entertainment website. The terms name Aylo Billing Limited, registered in Ireland with its principal place of business in Nicosia, Cyprus, as the billing entity, and Aylo Premium Ltd as the merchant.

No single card statement string is published for every account, and none is invented here. Your welcome email holds the authoritative version.

How to confirm it worked

• The confirmation email. The billing help center says "you should receive a cancelation confirmation email sent to the email address used during sign-up", and to check spam if it does not arrive. If it never comes, contact support and they will verify the cancellation.
• Your next statement. The portal explains the cycle plainly: "Upon purchasing a monthly membership, you will be billed every 30 days after your initial signup date." Watch through that date.
• Charges already taken stay. The terms are explicit: "Subscribers are responsible for all charges incurred through the effective date of termination."

Refunds and failed payments

Refunds "will not be issued for partially used Memberships". Credit card refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of the original transaction and are reviewed case by case at the biller's sole discretion. Alternative methods such as gift cards or cryptocurrency have a 90-day window and are reversed only "if technically feasible".

One trap: if a renewal charge fails, the biller may retry, and "an administration fee (tax included) of up to $2.00 may be applied to keep a subscription temporarily active until the next attempt to process the recurring payment". Letting a card expire is not a substitute for cancelling.
